Refund policy

All prints are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. 
As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of 
damage or defect.

Damaged or defective prints will be replaced at no charge. Please 
inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at 
sean@therecordprints.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of 
the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no 
cost to you.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the 
relevant championship begins. Once the tournament is underway, 
pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

European Union customers have the right to cancel or return their 
order within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer protection law. 
To initiate a return under this policy, please contact us at 
sean@therecordprints.com within 14 days of delivery.
